Automotive Sales Representative  
Royal Moore Subaru – Hillsboro, OR

$65,000 – $150,000 per year | Performance-Based Income | Paid Semi-Monthly

Royal Moore Subaru is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive, performance-based income ($65,000 – $150,000+)

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
• Present vehicle features, warranties, and financing options clearly
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Track and manage sales activities to improve performance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Basic computer proficiency

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
