Job Title: Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer

Location: remote - Austin,TX

Compensation: $60 - $98/ hour depending on experience

Contract Length: 6-Months Contract to Hire

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Top Technical Requirements:

• Microsoft Azure expertise (primary cloud platform)
• Experience designing, building, and managing cloud infrastructure
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools
• Automation and scripting experience:
  • PowerShell
  • Python
• Strong DevOps / DevSecOps background
• CI/CD pipeline creation and management
• Cloud networking, security, identity management, and access controls
• Monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization
• Incident response and disaster recovery planning
• Ability to work independently and own cloud initiatives

Strongly Preferred

• Multi-cloud experience:
  • Azure (most important)
  • AWS
  • GCP
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
• Cloud governance and security best practices
• Cost optimization and cloud financial management
• Experience supporting software development teams and cloud-hosted applications
• Cloud certifications (Azure preferred)
