SSM Health DePaul Hospital – Bridgeton, Missouri

• A community hospital that treats patients from across the St. Louis metropolitan area offering a wide range of comprehensive medical care.
• Level II STEMI receiving center, comprehensive stroke center, and primary heart attack center.
• 476-bed facility with up to 52 emergency department beds.
• Annual volume of 47,000 with a 30% admit rate.
• Patient mix includes high acuity, trauma cases, and patients from an underserved neighborhood.
• Vast patient pathology and a close-knit physician group

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
