New to Trucking? Here's Exactly What to Expect

Guaranteed weekly pay during training, paid every week
Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start

Pay

OTR pay package, average weekly earnings from $1,400 up to $1,800 as you build tenure
$1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
Performance bonus program
$75 plus mileage for short haul loads
$15 stop pay

Route & Freight

Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight
Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
Consistent weekly mileage

Home Time & Schedule

Home every two weeks
Day and night dispatch
Weekend work expected, holidays are volunteer-based, not mandatory

Qualifications

New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
Team drivers and owner operators welcome
Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
Clean MVR and background check
Must pass hair and urine drug testing
