Workday HCM Business Analyst: Optimize HR Systems

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Analyst/HRIS Analyst in Augusta, Maine. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Workday HCM module, addressing business needs, and supporting HRIS projects. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Workday HCM and a proven background in HRIS systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
