Position Title Licensed Practical Nurse PT Nights UCHC SWSP Overview Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse position for Southwoods State Prison in Bridgeton, NJ. The role involves direct patient care, administering treatments and procedures, collecting data, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment under RN supervision. Responsibilities Participate in data collection related to patient status and needs. Provide information to the Registered Nurse for incorporation into the plan of care. Provide direct patient care within scope of practice to ensure implementation of the plan. Inform and instruct patients or significant others on health status and plan of care. Assist patient or significant other in preparation for discharge and health maintenance in home. Document all aspects of patient care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program. Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey. CPR certification. Valid driver's license and own vehicle or alternative transportation. Minimum 6 months of experience in an acute hospital setting (preferred). Physical Demands Ability to perform CPR for at least 10 minutes and lift or rotate patients up to 50 pounds.
