About this role:

\n

\n \n

\n

As an Advanced Practice Provider Home InstaCare, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide Urgent / InstaCare services to patients in their home.

\n \n

\n

  This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus , up to $7,500 in relocation assistance when applicable, a competitive salary, and an $18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Your home base will be Clinic Wynn – this role is primarily a mobile practice delivering care to the patient in their home setting via an Intermountain car/vehicle

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days / week

\n

\n \n

\n

\n \n

\n

What you’ll bring:

  2+ Years Experience as a practicing Advanced Practice Provider

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

\n

\n \n \n

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

\n

\n \n

\n

\n \n

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59\n
