Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial AI Solutions Lead to drive the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence across our business. This individual will serve as the internal AI expert, responsible for identifying, building, and scaling AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.This is a unique opportunity to own AI strategy and execution within a growth‑focused organization and solve complex, high‑impact industry problems. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Ownership Act as the internal AI leader (“AI czar”), owning AI initiatives end‑to‑end Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks Define and execute a practical AI roadmap aligned to business priorities Solution Development & Implementation Design and deploy AI‑driven solutions across: Sales automation Supply chain optimization Operational workflows Build LLM‑based applications, agents, and workflows Integrate AI solutions with ERP and business systems via APIs Core Use Case Delivery Lead development of: Automated MTR parsing and specification matching system AI‑driven inventory and production decisioning tools Predictive analytics for supply chain and demand trends AI Engineering Best Practices Optimize prompting, token usage, and model selection Implement secure, scalable AI architectures Establish governance and data protection standards Continuous Innovation Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions Identify new opportunities to apply AI across the business Required Skills & Experience Technical Strong experience with: LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Prompt engineering and optimization AI/ML application development Experience building production‑grade AI solutions Understanding of: APIs and system integrations Data pipelines and structured/unstructured data Model evaluation and selection Business & Problem‑Solving Demonstrated ability to apply AI to real‑world business problems Strong analytical and systems‑thinking mindset Experience working with operational or industrial data is a plus Bonus Qualifications ERP experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.) Supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial domain knowledge Experience with AI agents / Copilot‑style interfaces Key Attributes Self‑starter with high ownership and autonomy Passionate about AI and continuous learning Strong problem solver who thrives on complex challenges Able to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch Why This Role Opportunity to solve a high‑impact, industry‑defining problem setBuild AI capabilities from the ground upDirect visibility and impact on business performanceWork on cutting‑edge AI applications beyond “low‑hanging fruit” use cases #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenth Revolution Group
