Optional opportunities to supervise or mentor technicians (based on availability) Ability to increase hours over time if desired Pathways to transition into: Full-time BCBA roles Hybrid or Center-Based positions Senior clinical roles (as availability increases) Role Overview As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you’ll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You’ll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development-on a schedule that works for you. WhatYou'llDo Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate Provide ABA services in home and community settings Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Coach caregivers and Behavior Technicians on evidence-based strategies Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity (as applicable) Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as available How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care Strong relationships with families and team members Effective collaboration and communication Data-driven decision-making and client progress Professionalism, reliability, and follow-through Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design part-time roles that: Offer flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality Provide leadership support and connection Respect clinicians' time and boundaries Create sustainable ways to stay engaged in the field Not Ready to Make the Jump-but Know Someone Who Is?
