Graduate Quantitative Researcher

You’ll hit the ground running with a six-month training program that blends advanced option theory with real market making experience from day one. Your first four weeks are spent alongside a cohort, mastering the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and hands‑on shadowing. After that, you’ll move into active research: contributing to projects aligned with your desk’s focus, under mentor guidance and with continuous coaching, technical training, and performance feedback throughout. What You’ll Do: Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms Your work will bridge statistics, trading, and technology, providing data-driven insights to trading teams and management Monitoring and optimizing strategy performance Designing and building automated trading and position management algorithms Enhancing pricing models Building, maintaining, and improving the company’s codebase and technology stack Who You Are: Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading Result‑driven and able to prioritize Strong at pattern recognition Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C+, C++, etc.) A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent verbal and written English skills Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027 Why Join All Options?
