Role Overview The registered nurse provides patient care within a clinical setting, demonstrating clinical knowledge and skills to ensure safety, comfort, and high-quality care. They lead and assist in patient assessments, prioritize needs, and facilitate timely interventions under supervision. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care to patients in assigned areas Apply clinical skills such as CPR, oxygen therapy, and IV administration Utilize critical thinking to determine patient needs and priorities Support unit leadership and collaborate with healthcare team members Maintain compliance with legal, organizational, and professional standards Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program Valid Texas RN license and BLS certification Minimum 6 months clinical experience (additional experience may be considered) Computer proficiency and equipment usage skills Driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing Specialty nursing certification (e.g., ambulatory care, ACLS, PALS) 2+ years ambulatory care experience EPIC and Windows computer skills Compensation & Benefits: The role offers an hourly range of $28.94 to $51.63, based on experience and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, and retirement options.
