The role involves providing expert oncology pharmacotherapy support, educating patients and caregivers, and contributing to the development of cancer treatment programs. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patient health status and medication profiles to optimize outcomes. Monitor therapy progress, document activities, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Participate in professional development, research, and quality assurance activities. Contribute to performance improvement and drug use evaluation initiatives. Educate and mentor pharmacy staff, residents, and students. Assist in implementing drug cost reduction strategies. Qualifications & Skills Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD). Minimum of 2 years of experience, with 2-5 years preferred. Licensed as a Pharmacist (RPh) and certified in Medication Therapy Services in MO. Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills in oncology. Additional Details Work Monday to Friday, during the day, with occasional weekend work. Engage in inpatient and outpatient care, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and resources.
