Pelvic Health Physical Therapist - Full Time Full-time | 30-40 hours/week Medella Collective is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our private-pay, whole-person practice in Weatherford, Texas. We believe exceptional pelvic health care requires time—to listen, understand the full picture, and create an individualized plan. Our therapists typically see 6-8 patients per day in one-on-one sessions lasting 60 minutes or longer , allowing you to provide thoughtful care without the pressure of a high-volume clinic. About the Role As a pelvic health PT at Medella, you’ll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment and treat beyond isolated symptoms. Our approach considers the connection between the pelvic floor, orthopedic function, breathing, pressure management, movement, pain, hormones, and life stage. You’ll also work alongside a collaborative team of physical therapists, a nurse practitioner, and movement professionals when patients benefit from coordinated care. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive pelvic health and related orthopedic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans for pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, bladder and bowel dysfunction, core and pressure-management issues, and related orthopedic conditions Provide internal and external manual therapy, movement retraining, patient education, and progressive exercise as appropriate Help patients return to exercise, daily activities, and the things that matter most to them Create a private, respectful environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns Collaborate with other Medella providers when appropriate Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Believe pelvic health should be treated as part of the whole person Value one-on-one care and having enough time to truly listen to your patients Have strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Are comfortable discussing sensitive concerns with warmth and professionalism Take initiative and pride in providing an exceptional patient experience Enjoy autonomy while also valuing collaboration Are committed to continued learning and professional growth Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree Current Texas PT license or eligibility to obtain one Pelvic health training and competency to practice independently Commitment to ethical, individualized, patient-centered care Advanced training in areas such as pregnancy/postpartum care, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual health, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, Functional Manual Therapy, orthopedics, or other hands-on approaches is valued but not required. Compensation is based on experience, specialized training, clinical skill, and the value you bring to the practice.
