The Director will align strategic priorities with local senior leadership team via dotted line and coordinate internal and external communications to ensure overall efficient operations.Position Responsibilities: Promote awareness and application of business intelligence in driving daily results.Ensuring SOX and local compliance.Work with National Product Compliance in responding to Market Conducts.Involved/assist with local work force management to ensure operational continuity.CAT coordination working closely with the National Cat Lead.Supporting and reinforcing Product implementations.Liaison to local leadership in reinforcing Key initiatives and ensuring overall operational excellence of assigned office.Provides key information and analysis to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.Keeping senior management and applicable home office staff informed of exposures as they occur based on risk types and consultation requirements.Position Qualifications:Personal Auto insurance experience required10+ years of experience in a Leadership role; preferred a candidate that has been a leader of leaders or highly influential role.Consulting experience preferredExperience managing large or complex Claims projects in the insurance industryCollege Degree required, or commensurate business experienceBachelor's degree required. MBA is a plusA minimum of 10+ years of liability claims or related experienceStrong business acumen, collaboration skills and influencing skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to successfully work across all levels of the organization, including interacting with executive management and collaborating with peersMust be able to manage competing prioritiesStrong data analytics backgroundKemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
