Store Manager, New Jersey**Position Summary*** Store Managers are responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of their store. They are responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability, along with managing expenses while ensuring that the store is optimally stocked and merchandised and that all customers are provided with excellent customer service. A store manager contributes to the growth and development of the management team and store associates. Monitor the ECET process daily, complete Sales Observational Checklists on staff, maintain Helpful 101 certification and a score of 80% or higher on all mystery shops* Manage your inventory to: Stay in stock, keep non-productive inventory at a minimum, keep all back stock organized and keep inventory shrinkage to no more than 1.75% of sales.
