Drive-By Property Inspector (Independent Contractor) Brunswick, OH and Medina County National Mortgage Field Services is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor located in or near Brunswick, OH to handle local property inspections. This is a field-based role suited for individuals who are already working independently and can manage their own territory. What You’ll Do: Drive to assigned properties in your local area Take required exterior photos Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant) Submit reports using a mobile app This is not random gig work — this is territory-based assignment work. Contractors who stay consistent are given continued volume in their area.
