Residential Maintenance Technician
Location: Lewes, DE

Can you handle everything from drywall repair to emergency calls to trash removal with confidence?

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. Your day-to-day will include:

✅ General Maintenance – Handle repairs and upkeep in apartments and common areas
✅ Unit Turnover Prep – Drywall repair, painting, caulking, and carpet care
✅ Groundskeeping – Light landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal weather response (snow/ice removal)
✅ Emergency Response – Be on call to address urgent maintenance needs
✅ Customer Service – Interact with residents professionally and ensure their satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience: At least 1 year in general maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
✔ Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple trades
✔ Work Style: Independent yet team-oriented, with excellent time management
✔ Tools: Must provide your own hand tools
✔ Personality: Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
✔ Flexibility: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all conditions
