Gluing Operator

Join a growing packaging manufacturing team as a Gluing Operator on a full-time production schedule, earning $25.00-$30.00/hour plus excellent benefits. This is a great opportunity for experienced folder-gluer operators seeking a leadership role with hands-on equipment operation, crew direction, and long-term career stability. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor folder-gluer equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Perform make-ready activities including machine adjustments, glue system setup, and production changeovers. Troubleshoot machine issues such as jams, misfeeds, and glue application problems to minimize downtime. Lead and support production crew members while promoting safety, quality, housekeeping, and SQF standards. Requirements 3+ years of folder-gluer machine operating experience. Prior lead, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout 8-12 hour shifts.
