About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist for a 240-day assignment in Vermont, commencing Oct 12, 2026. This role involves working 8a-5p shifts, performing comprehensive eye exams, managing refractive errors, and addressing various eye conditions such as diabetic eye exams, glaucoma monitoring, and urgent care for issues like flashes, floaters, and eye pain.

  • Fundus Exam (dilated)
  • OCT Interpretation
  • Visual Field Testing
  • Contact Lens Training
  • Foreign Body Removal
  • Comprehensive Eye Exams
  • Contact Lens Fittings
  • Refractive Error Management
  • Diabetic Eye Exams
  • Glaucoma Monitoring
  • Dry Eye Evaluations
  • Red Eye/Conjunctivitis
  • Foreign Body Evaluations
  • Vision Therapy/Low Vision Services
  • Urgent Care (flashes/floaters, eye pain, etc.)
