Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities Maintain accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals Requirements: Experience working with toddlers or young children in an early childhood education setting Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices EEC (Early Education and Care) certification or willingness to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations CPR and First Aid certification preferred About Us: It's All About Kids Inc. is a trusted childcare provider in Framingham, MA, dedicated to fostering a love of learning in every child they serve.
