Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, providing counselors with the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule. The standard work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify each client’s mental health and substance use issues, creating robust diagnostic formulations.

• Design and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and needs of clients, adapting approaches as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including addiction specialists, social workers, and medical professionals, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to our clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team case conferences, contributing insights and collaborating toward improving treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n
