Associate Director, Sales Analytics and Operations

Kite seeks an Associate Director of Sales Analytics and Operations to drive data-informed sales planning and field performance optimization. The role combines strategic analytics with operational leadership, requiring expertise in biotech commercial functions and hands-on analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop field force KPIs, design dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking and territory planning
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities; conduct analytics on field targeting, sales force sizing, and account planning
- Lead territory optimization, realignment processes, and field incentive compensation planning
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize field force performance
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement and AI initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years relevant industry experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
- 10+ years pharmaceutical or biotech commercial operations and analytics experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx)
- Proven ability to extract insights from large, complex datasets
- Strong project management, analytics, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience with rare disease therapies or patient hub services preferred
Compensation: Bay Area: $195,670–$253,220; Other US Locations: $177,905–$230,230
