Job Title: CT Technologist

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
License: Not required for submission
Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
Must-Have: At least 2 years of CT experience


Description:
The CT department has two scanners.
This position does not require floating or covering other areas.
Routine CT imaging will include Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, CTA Head, CTA Chest, and Calcium Score.
Average number of scans/studies performed per day is 30-40.
The department utilizes Synapse PACS and EPIC Clientnt for imaging and charting.
Department-specific equipment is GE.
In-house radiologists are available.
Starting IVs is a requirement for this position.
Weekend and holiday work is mandatory.
Opportunity for self-scheduling is not available.
There are no call or standby requirements.
Scrub color is black.
Department-specific orientation will be provided when in-house.
The hospital can cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment.
