Insurance Sales Agent / Producer – Allstate Insurance Agency
$100K–$160K Total Compensation (Base + Commission)
Competitive base salary. Realistic on-target earnings: $100,000 – $160,000 with commissions. Signing bonus available. Additional Experience Bonus for candidates with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers experience.

Our agency provides:
- Live, real-time transferred leads

You'll spend your time quoting and closing — not begging friends and family for referrals or cold-calling from a purchased list.
What You'll Earn
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)

- Special "Experience Bonus" for candidates with prior Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers experience
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, renters, life, etc.)
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide expert coverage recommendations
- Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to maximize protection and client retention
- Deliver outstanding customer service with fast quote turnaround and positive online reviews
- Build relationships in the community to generate referrals
- Follow up on leads and marketing-generated prospects
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- Life & Health license preferred
- Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
- Experience with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers is a big plus (Experience Bonus applies!)
