Customer Service Representative

Description As a Customer Service Representative at Springfield Plastics, Inc., you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, taking order placements and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best candidate for the Customer Service Representative position is genuinely excited to help. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Job Responsibilities Include Communicate through email, phone and in person Answer phones and route calls on a multi-line phone system. Ensure excellent service standards. Respond efficiently to inquiries. Maintain high customer satisfaction. Take and monitor orders in a timely fashion. Tracking orders, inventory and shipping. Utilize software to process orders and shipping paperwork.
