The Spot Cafe LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is looking for experienced Breakfast/Lunch Servers to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced café environment and love delivering warm, memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you. Come be a part of something special in one of Florida's most beloved cities. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to set the tone for an exceptional dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the breakfast and lunch menu, including daily specials and ingredients
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal, providing attentive tableside service
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and reconcile end-of-shift receipts
- Keep dining area clean, organized, and properly set between seatings
- Previous serving experience in a café, diner, or restaurant setting required
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service standards and timing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Availability for morning and midday shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
