HEALTH TECHNICIAN (OTOLARYNGOLOGY)

Duties

Perform diagnostic and treatment support procedures for the medical care of patients with injuries, disorders and diseases of the ear, nose and throat.

Provide customer service by responding to or forwarding calls and/or injuries in a timely manner.

Assist in pre-operative care of patients.

Use automated systems to register and schedule patient appointments.
