SiemensFort Worth is looking for a Supply ChainLead to join their team. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Leader to manage our material planning and Purchasing functions. This role is essential for ensuring that our production operations are well-supplied with the necessary materials while optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of material planning, purchasing processes, and supply chain management, along with strong leadership capabilities. You will make an impact by: Material Planning Purchasing-to-Pay Process Management Data Analysis and Reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Process Improvement: Compliance and Risk Management You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree 5-7 years of supply chain experience with MRP (SAP) system in manufacturing environment Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data Legally eligible to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: APICS CSCP and/or CPIM About Siemens We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
