Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP unit as travel professionals. This role involves providing specialized care for patients undergoing device implants and cardiac ablations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and prepare patients for cardiac interventions.
• Assist during device implantation, ablation procedures, and Watchman LAAO surgeries.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any intra-procedural changes promptly.
• Document procedures and patient responses accurately in Meditech system.
• Follow unit-specific policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs, CVTs, and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of experience in cardiac or electrophysiology settings.
• Possess RCIS or RT(R)(CV) certification.
• Demonstrate experience with device implants, ablations, and related procedures such as SVT and Afib.
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts, no weekends or call required.
