You'll practice in a hospital equipped with advanced diagnostic and interventional resources including on-site CT, fluoroscopy, MRI, advanced ultrasound capabilities, and a dedicated support team that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. ·The anticipated starting base salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $220,000 to $280,000 per year. 

In your day-to-day, you will:

· Provide advanced medical and interventional cardiology care, diagnosing and managing a broad range of complex cardiac conditions in referral, emergency, and hospitalized patients.
· Perform and interpret echocardiograms, thoracic radiographs, electrocardiograms (ECGs), and Holter or telemetry monitoring to guide diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term case management.
· Collaborate closely with Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Surgery, Neurology, Radiology, and Emergency teams to develop integrated treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.
· Participate in on-call responsibilities for emergency echocardiograms and catheterization procedures as needed to support urgent patient needs.
· Partner with overnight Emergency and ICU teams to provide continuity of care and expert consultation for hospitalized cardiac patients.
· Utilize advanced hospital resources including CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, telemetry, and specialized ultrasound capabilities to support diagnostic and interventional cardiology services.
· Build trusted relationships with referring veterinarians through timely communication, collaborative case management, and expert consultation.
· Guide pet owners through cardiac diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term management plans with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
· Access ongoing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities, including interventional cardiology and cath lab experience across the Ethos network.
· Contribute to a collaborative hospital culture focused on innovation, teamwork, exceptional patient care, and advancing specialty medicine.

What You Bring

· DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
· Board Certification in Cardiology (DACVIM-Cardiology) or Residency Trained in Cardiology.
· Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
