About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Napa, California, 94558!

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Support patients with gait training, balance, and strengthening programs
• Work with post-operative cases (TKA, THA, rotator cuff repair, spinal surgeries, ACL, etc.)
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Occasionally float to inpatient settings as needed

Requirements

• Active California PTA License
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (strong candidates with less experience considered)
• BLS Certification required
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehab
• Strong skills in:
  • Therapeutic exercises & manual techniques
  • Gait training & mobility assistance
• Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)
