Lube & Maintenance Technician

Tier One Truck & Auto – Apache Junction, AZ

Position Overview:
Tier One Truck & Auto is looking for a reliable, hardworking Lube & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance services on light to medium-duty trucks, ensuring vehicles are safe, efficient, and ready for work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to grow in the automotive/diesel industry, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Complete basic preventative maintenance on gas and diesel trucks
• Inspect vehicles for wear and potential issues (tires, brakes, leaks, etc.)
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to management
• Safely operate and move customer vehicles
• Keep work area clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with general shop duties as needed
• Travel locally when needed to pick up, drop off, or service vehicles

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical knowledge (automotive or diesel preferred)
• Ability to perform oil/lube/filter services independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience working with light or medium-duty trucks
• Familiarity with diesel engines
• Previous shop or fleet maintenance experience
