Rushmore Dermatology, LLP in Rapid City, SD is hiring for this dynamic position.

Are you a passionate and professional esthetician looking to take your career to the next level? Rushmore Dermatology, a leading medical clinic specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, is seeking a dedicated Esthetician to provide high-quality skincare services and help us grow our client base. This role is a fantastic opportunity to start part-time in an esthetician role with the potential to transition into a full-time esthetician role. The role during the part time work period will include esthetician services 2 days per week and the other 3 days are in a reception and retail sales role. As the client base increases, the esthetician role will expand to additional days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including Diamond Glow, chemical peels, acne surgeries, vellus hair removal, Red Light Therapy, and personalized facials.
- Collaborate with medical providers on client consultations to tailor services based on individual needs skin types.
- Manage appointment scheduling and effectively check out clients after their services.
- Promote and assist in retail sales of medical grade skincare products.
- Engage with clients enthusiastically and ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting specials and services that attract new clients.

Qualifications:

- Active and valid esthetician license in South Dakota.
- Experience in a clinical or medical aesthetic setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service and retail sales.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexible hours based on the needs of clients/patients and needs of the clinic.
