Begin your driving career with experienced professionals and start earning immediately after CDL school without debt. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for its Eastern Regional Fleet, based in Norfolk, VA. This is a full-time regional dry van position with paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.

Pay and training

• $850 per week during paid training
• Paid one-on-one mentor program designed for recent CDL school graduates
• Assigned truck after successful completion of the mentor program
• Expected solo earnings: $1,600–$1,800+ per week
• Paid every Friday
• Paid orientation

Route and freight

• Eastern Regional Fleet with operations serving Norfolk and surrounding Mid-Atlantic and East Coast markets
• Full-time CDL-A regional position
• No-touch dry van freight
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available
• Company-paid tolls and fuel program
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Pet and rider policy available

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
