This position also handles all scholarships including institutional scholarships, state scholarships and outside scholarships. The position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and timely response for inquiries and a high level of confidentiality. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and is attentive to details. Experience in higher education is a plus. Knowledge of the federal aid regulations is required as this position determines if students with particular errors on the FAFSA are eligible for federal aid.
