Speech-Language Pathologist in Detroit, MI

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in Michigan.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• School-based experience preferred, but motivated clinical SLPs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Offer direct and consultative SLP services in individual and group settings.
