CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder – Parma, OH 44129

Pay: $28-32/hr, based on experience, skills, and abilities.

Position Type: Day Shift - Full-Time – Direct Hire

Crucial Link is hiring an experienced CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder for a NADCAP-certified aerospace machining manufacturer located in Parma, OH 44129 . This position is ideal for someone with strong grinding experience who can confidently perform ID, OD, and manual grinding work while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.

The right candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC grinding equipment as well as manual grinding machines. Candidates must be able to read prints, understand specifications, perform setups, make adjustments, and produce accurate finished parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines
• Perform ID and OD grinding
• Perform manual grinding operations as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Make machine adjustments, offsets, and corrections to maintain quality
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Hold tight tolerances and meet required part specifications
• Troubleshoot grinding issues and make necessary corrections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety, production, and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Previous CNC grinding experience preferred, but will train
• ID/OD grinding experience required
• Manual grinding experience required
• Ability to perform setups and make machine adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
