Crowe Overwatch Security is actively hiring current and former law enforcement officers to join our growing team as Tennessee-certified armed guards. We are expanding our footprint throughout the Clarksville and Nashville, TN areas due to increasing demand and are looking for professional officers who want long-term opportunity, flexibility, and advancement.

Requirement :

All applicants must hold a valid Tennessee Armed Guard Certification.

What This Role Involves:

• Armed security services across multiple environments.
• Hourly patrols and facility monitoring.
• Professional interaction with clients and the public.
• Opportunities to supervise other officers.
• Opportunities to help bring in new business and earn referral compensation.

Compensation:

• $31-$33 per hour, depending on experience and site requirements.
• W-2 employment only - no 1099 work.
• Covered under Crowe Overwatch Security's insurance.
