Pre-Foreclosure Specialist

Detail-oriented and driven, the full-time Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II will manage foreclosure referrals, ensure compliance with documentation requirements, and communicate effectively with attorneys and homeowners in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely completion of the foreclosure referral checklist and servicing system updates Review daily reports to identify loans eligible for foreclosure and manage the assignment of attorneys Collaborate with the Loss Mitigation department to ensure timely processing of loans and attend onsite hearings as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years' experience in pre-foreclosure or a related field Thorough knowledge of state pre-foreclosure document requirements Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA & VA servicing default requirements Experience with State, Federal, and Agency guidelines related to foreclosure and bankruptcy preferred
