Otolaryngology (ENT) – Private Practice
She Recruits is partnering with a major regional hospital system and affiliated private practices in Southeast Georgia to recruit physicians across several high-demand specialties in Waycross, GA.
These roles offer strong referral patterns, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to build a meaningful practice in a growing regional market.
Location: Waycross, GA
Schedule: Four-day work week (one Friday per month)
Estimated MGMA Range: $450,000 – $600,000+

She Recruits is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a well-established private practice affiliated with a regional hospital system.
This opportunity offers surgical autonomy, strong community demand, and a highly desirable four-day work week model.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive ENT care for adult and pediatric patients
- Perform sinus surgery, thyroid procedures, head & neck cases, tonsillectomy, and related surgeries
- Conduct outpatient consultations and office-based procedures
- Provide inpatient consults and participate in shared call
- Collaborate with primary care and emergency physicians
- Support growth of the ENT service line
