We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of packaging processes, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment or on your own.
Duties- Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assemble and prepare products for packaging, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain compliance throughout the packaging process.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of packaging tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of packaging materials and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Availability Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Job Details
Pay: from $20 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
Benefits: PTO and Sick time accrued after probationary period, paid holidays
