Store Director - South Coast Plaza

Summary The Store Director at South Coast Plaza leads the store team to drive sales performance, client development, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the role acts as a brand ambassador to ensure Louis Vuitton standards are upheld across the sales floor. The Director is accountable for business development, budget oversight, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Lead, recruit, train and develop a high-performing store team to meet sales and service objectives. Build and manage a client portfolio, drive repurchase rates and cross‑selling initiatives. Role model selling and floor management through hands‑on leadership and mentorship. Oversee store operations, inventory controls and budget management to achieve targets. Identify business opportunities and implement strategic actions to meet store goals. Requirements Experience in a renowned premium or luxury retail environment. Proven sales leadership skills with strong coaching and people development ability.
