About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing undergraduate outreach and recruitment strategies, as well as admissions policies and procedures that align with the university's enrollment goals. This role involves analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, leading a diverse staff, and overseeing the management and leadership of admissions teams. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing long-term recruitment plans, improving brand recognition, and increasing the class size while ensuring the admission process can accommodate growth. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in higher education administration, with a focus on recruitment, admissions, and financial aid. A strong background in management, leadership, and mentoring is essential. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external constituents. A deep understanding of market and societal trends affecting undergraduate enrollment, particularly at selective institutions, is necessary. Proficiency in data analysis, and fluency in both Mandarin and English, is also a key requirement. A Master's degree and experience in international admissions are preferred.
