Portfolio Analyst

Portfolio Analyst Duties Executes and allocates trades across various custodians in collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, and the Asset Allocation Committee Completes post-trade issue resolution Continually monitors portfolio drift; periodically rebalances to ensure alignment with account objectives, asset allocation, and strategies Processes ongoing tax loss harvesting Assists Investment Advisors with transitioning accounts to internal models Contributes to business development by creating synthetic portfolios based on prospect statements Adheres to guidelines established by the Implementation Committee Coordinates internal action across multiple teams Contributes to the rest of Portfolio Analysis Team to optimize workflows Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience Completion of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, economics or another related field; or equivalent years of work experience Preferred progress towards a CFA® designation or possession of a CFA® designation Preferred 1-3 years of trading experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and other software related to business needs Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude Be intellectually curious, respectful, and kind throughout all dimensions of the workplace Ability to use good judgement and always keeps client information confidentialDeliver consistent excellent customer service to internal and external customers, colleagues and management Communication Skills Uses appropriate communication tools Effectively expresses ideas & concerns Communicates effectively with prospects/clients Communicates effectively with colleagues Maintains effective working relationships Contributes to building positive environment F.L.Putnam is an equal opportunity employer.
