Service Consierge / Customer Service Rep

Friendly Powersports

Friendly Powersports is looking for a customer-focused Service Concierge to join our team in Slidell. This role is all about creating a great customer experience from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for service customers-making sure they feel taken care of, informed, and confident in the process.
Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience)

What You'll Do

Greet and check in service customers in a professional, friendly manner
Accurately document customer concerns and service needs
Communicate service updates and timelines to customers
Cash out completed service tickets and handle payments
Answer incoming calls and assist with service-related questions
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Support the service team with day-to-day customer communication
Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers at once
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
Reliable and punctual

Preferred (but not required)

Previous customer service or cashier experience
Powersports or automotive experience
