In this role, you'll...

• Build strong driver relationshipsthrough consistent engagement, coaching, and support

• Solve problems in real time— managing disruptions, adjusting plans, and making smart decisions quickly

• Navigate conflict effectivelywith drivers, customers, and internal partners while staying respectful and solution-focused

• Coach performance, reinforce expectations, and hold drivers accountable to safety, service, and company expectations.

• Drive retentionby addressing concerns early and improving driver satisfaction

• Champion safety and compliancewhile supporting driver well-being

• Optimize performanceby strategically assigning loads to maximize productivity and revenue

• Collaborate across teamsto streamline operations and deliver exceptional service

Must Haves for Success

• Driver Coaching & Accountability:Reinforce expectations, coach performance, and hold drivers accountable to safety, service, and company expectations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Analytical mindsetwith a knack for problem-solving.

• Commitment to safetyand regulatory standards.

• Adaptabilityin a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvywith proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.

• Transportation industry experienceis a plus but not required.

• Supervisory or leadershipexperience preferred.

• Proficiency in map readingand navigation is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $120,000+ which includes a base salary range that starts at $57,500 plus first-year training incentive of $12,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
