Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be based in the Olathe, KS office and will plan, create, develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the company. This role is a key member of the Marketing Team. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage long‑term strategy and vision for digital marketing including display, social media, video, and other interactive initiatives. Develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of digital media strategies, campaigns, and SEO activities; recommend changes to increase brand impressions, reduce PPC costs, and improve results. Oversee all aspects of social media platforms and monitor progress using analytics tools. Collaborate with the Marketing team on media strategies, website enhancements, and lead generation initiatives. Review, evaluate, and measure employee performance; establish improvement targets and recommend promotions or compensation changes as necessary. Provide leadership, communication, coaching, and training to staff for continued success and career advancement. Ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling, discipline, and termination policies; determine staffing levels and oversee scheduling. Address and resolve employee concerns promptly. Work additional hours as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and on Microsoft Windows or Apple platforms; experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), eCommerce (Adobe Commerce), and social‑media management systems (e.g., Soci) is a plus. Strong communication skills with customers, supervisors, and office personnel. Positive attitude toward customers and colleagues under all circumstances. Excellent conflict‑resolution skills and diplomacy in handling confrontation. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on the first day of the month following your start date.
