Responsibilities include, creating and generating daily reports and providing administrative support to staff as needed./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliTracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses./liliAccepts deliveries of company products and stores them accordingly./liliOrders and restocks new supplies./liliReceives customer and client orders./liliPacks and ships orders for delivery./liliInspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items./liliReports and returns damaged product./liliUses WMS (Warehouse Management Software) programs to monitor inventory and balance accounts./liliKeeps warehouse area clean and organized./liliReports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues./li/ulh3Who You Are:/h3p Must be able to adapt to change by working within different departments as needed./pp Ability to perform basic mathematics accurately including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication./pp Must be able to accurately and readily fill out forms and paperwork./pp Reliable attendance is an essential requirement to perform the job successfully./pp Computer Skills: WMS Warehouse Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of RF technology./ph3What Youve Done:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./lili0-6 months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ulpPhysical Work Environment:/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job./pp While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. This role may operate in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This role may also operate in a warehouse environment subject to inside environmental conditions with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
