End Dump Operator - CDL Class A Driver

About the Opportunity Are you a skilled driver who enjoys being on the move and making a difference every day? SRM Concrete is looking for a dependable End Dump Truck Driver to join our team. If you have a Class A CDL, a strong safety mindset, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, this could be the perfect fit for you. As an End Dump Truck Driver, you’ll play a key role in transporting materials safely and efficiently to keep our operations running smoothly. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times. Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage. Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers. Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation. Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape. Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs. Provide excellent customer service on every delivery—your professionalism sets us apart. What Sets You Apart Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety. Previous experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment is preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing work demands. Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
