Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years (each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used at a single employer)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee at a previous organization
• No time-off requests (RTO) can be accommodated; the start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
